Shipping & Delivery
At Nirvaan Arts, we are committed to delivering your purchases in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. For all orders within India, we offer free doorstep delivery. Shipping charges will apply for all orders shipped outside of India.
If your order is canceled, lost, or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount, including any shipping charges.
For all orders canceled after dispatch, a 10% deduction will be applied to the refund amount to cover packing and shipping costs.
If you return an order that was delivered to you, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders with a value above ₹5000, a 5% security deposit is required to confirm the shipping of your order.
Delivery Time
We dispatch products within 48 hours of order confirmation, and all products are delivered with in 1-7 days
To ensure timely delivery, please provide accurate and complete information when entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number details:
- Include the full address with House Number, Floor, Street Name, and Locality, along with a Landmark.
- Ensure that the City, State, and Zip/Postal Code are correct to avoid misrouting.
- Make sure your phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable, as we may need to contact you for delivery-related queries.
