If refund will approve then it will credited to your account within 1-7 business days.

If you encounter any issues, our dedicated team is here to assist you with clear and helpful guidelines to ensure your experience with us is exceptional.

We take great care in packing our products to ensure they reach you safely. If, however, your product arrives damaged or if you are not satisfied with it, please send us a photo and video of the product and the packaging within 7 days of receiving your order.

If we deliver the wrong or a damaged product, we will replace it immediately.

We accept requests for replacement or return under the following conditions:

  • If there is a manufacturing defect in the received product.
  • If the product received is different from the one ordered.
  • The product must not have been used or displayed.
  • The product must be returned in the original packaging in which it was received, without any damage or soiling to the packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.
  • Products eligible under warranty.

Please note that not all products are eligible for returns. To ensure fairness to our artisans and craftsmen and to keep our prices reasonable, some items are marked as “Final Sale.” Before making a purchase, please check with our customer team to confirm which products are eligible for returns.

Certain items, such as fragile artifacts, delicate idols, and unique hand-crafted pieces, are not eligible for returns. Handicrafts and products made from natural materials with slight color and texture variations are also non-returnable. Small imperfections, such as minor inconsistencies in hand-painted details or natural patina in metals, are not considered defects.

A size variance of up to 5% or 2 cm (whichever is higher) from the stated dimensions is within acceptable limits and is not considered a defect.

If goods ordered are out of stock and cannot be exchanged for a similar product, a refund will be issued.

Items that are damaged due to use or mishandling will not be accepted as returns. Refunds will not exceed the original value of the goods. Orders cannot be canceled or altered once they are packed or shipped. If an order is refused or not accepted upon delivery, it will be treated as a return.

What Happens if You Are Unable to Receive Your Order:

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, Nirvaan Arts reserves the right to refuse future orders if COD deliveries are declined.

For prepaid orders, if the order is refused or returned, we will refund the amount. However, re-delivery requests will incur additional charges.

Process of Return & Refund:

Returns will be processed without any additional charge. We will arrange for the product(s) to be picked up from your doorstep. Once the item arrives at our warehouse and passes our quality checks, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method. Please note that we reserve the right to deny a free return if a previous COD order has been canceled at the doorstep.

We strive to process refunds promptly for returned products. However, we kindly ask that you securely pack the items to prevent any damage during transit. This includes ensuring secure packaging and, if possible, performing a drop test before handing the return to our courier partner. Your cooperation helps us maintain the quality of our services.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email or call regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
